In some sections of the site, such as the footer or navigation menu, the text may appear small under certain viewing conditions. It should be noted that these elements do not contain relevant information and are still readable.
In some parts of the site, there are texts with suboptimal visual contrast, for example when text appears on light backgrounds (e.g., in some buttons). These are brand colors and not arbitrary choices. As per regulations, they are validated at AA level as interactive elements.
In page headers, titles are placed over background images or videos. A visual effect has been applied to increase the contrast between text and image, but in some cases readability may still not be optimal.

b) Disproportionate burden.
